Keimusho Prefecture (County) Goals

1. To provide the duchy, and the kingdom with a booming paper industry to fulfill the demand of the contract, map-making, and related industries.
   
   
2. Paper related products dependent on biome will be produced. Rice for wetlands, lumber for forested area's, and vellum/leather for area's without abundance of either. This means carpentry, farming, and animal husbandry could each play a very large part into the county as a whole depending on which biome we end up with.
   
   
3. Keimusho will allow general freedom within its territory, and hold as lenient regulations as the duchy and kingdom allow for the most part, giving its residents incentives in fields that the county is pushing for, but not punishing players & villages who strive to carve out their own industries.
   
   

Kirikubo (Barony) Goals

1. To train and recruit general guardsmen for the entire duchy of Orpheus. Training will focus on small gang style pvp groups.
   
   
2. To provide security to the county, and duchy at large with pseudo police force that will perform domestic roams & patrols. Our guard force will be responsible for responding to emergency calls for help & investigating crimes that happen within the duchy of Orpheus.
   
   
3. To build a prison system that is both fair and organized with the intent to lower the rate of recidivism. Criminals will be put to work for the state and worked with on an individual level. On the other hand, griefers & trolls will be KOS until they express any intent on becoming a productive member of Alesia.
   
   

Mizumachi (City) Goals

1. Mizumachi is intended to be the contract powerhouse of all Orpheus, and to an extent, Alesia. Mizumachi will, without a doubt, be a nexus for scribes to come to learn techniques gathered from around Elyria.
   
   
2. To provide a place where new players can learn how to play the game. I intend to buy out a large portion of the town itself and create a campus-like area that has a little bit of everything included. There will be a focus on scribe & related professions, of-course, though every crafting discipline will be included. This area will double as a community crafting area that any player is welcome to use & share knowledge with one another. The various crafting buildings may each be a school of their own, or maybe the entire campus can be one big school, we'll have to see what game mechanics allow us to do on that front.
   
   
3. Banking. Mizumachi is going to be making a lot of money with secondary industries related to contract work. Paper making, depending on the biome, has a lot of by products be it lumber, rice, or leather. These will not be wasted, and will be exploited to their fullest extent & we'll need a place to store all that precious gold. Law & banking go hand in hand, and I do intend to follow that stereotype!
   
   

Ulvr (Personal) Goals

1. To create the Hoshigaki Ichizoku, a mix of Yoru strength, and To'Resk intelligence. Possibly meta, but shark people are cool, and regardless of stats I want to play this race.
   
   
2. To build a network of strongholds across Alesia and create a federated bureau of investigation of sorts.
   
   
3. PvP & PvE, I tend to lean towards PvP though I'm excited about the procedural & story dungeon content SBS has described. I'm very eager to see how they pull this off, and will likely end up leading some of the first exploratory raids into these cool sites.
